About the role
Join Schonfeld’s Corporate Strategy & Transformation team as a Summer Analyst intern in Miami. You will help plan strategic priorities, develop roadmaps and operating playbooks, track Objectives and Key Results, and support cross-functional initiatives spanning finance, technology, and firm operations during a 10-week summer internship.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with planning and orchestrating key organizational priorities.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and operating playbooks for large cross-functional initiatives.
- Use Schonfeld’s “Path Forward” framework to set and track Objectives and Key Results.
- Gain exposure to Front, Middle, and Back Office functions and finance-technology challenges.
- Build understanding of system workflows, problem analysis, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled enterprise change.
Internship Experience
- Complete a 10-week summer internship focused on real-world challenges and firm impact.
- Receive guidance from a dedicated manager and mentor throughout the internship.
- Attend senior-leader learning sessions, hands-on skills workshops, and networking events.
