2026 Asset Servicing Sophomore Internship

Role Responsibilities

  • Support mandatory corporate actions like stock splits, dividends, mergers, and voluntary elections.
  • Assist with security master data maintenance across all asset classes and new product builds.
  • Help build tools to monitor reference data and improve data integrity firmwide.
  • Participate in process improvements and project initiatives for scalable solutions.
  • Reconcile and resolve cash and position breaks related to corporate actions timely.

Candidate Requirements

  • Interest in gaining Operations experience at a hedge fund.
  • Basic understanding of capital markets, investing, and hedge fund strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Preferred: major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages.

Compensation

  • Annual base pay range: $42,000 to $52,000, prorated for internship duration.
