Role Responsibilities
- Support mandatory corporate actions like stock splits, dividends, mergers, and voluntary elections.
- Assist with security master data maintenance across all asset classes and new product builds.
- Help build tools to monitor reference data and improve data integrity firmwide.
- Participate in process improvements and project initiatives for scalable solutions.
- Reconcile and resolve cash and position breaks related to corporate actions timely.

Candidate Requirements
- Interest in gaining Operations experience at a hedge fund.
- Basic understanding of capital markets, investing, and hedge fund strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Preferred: major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Preferred: working knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages.

- Duration: 10 weeks, typically June to August.
- Includes formal training, mentorship, and exposure to multiple teams.

Compensation
- Annual base pay range: $42,000 to $52,000, prorated for internship duration.
- Actual compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and education level.
