Role and Responsibilities
- Support campus recruiting team in managing summer internship and fall recruiting planning.
- Assist in internship program development, event scheduling, and presentation management.
- Plan and coordinate fall campus events including workshops and networking.
- Handle administrative tasks like record keeping, reporting, and budget management.
- Schedule recruiting events in Handshake and liaise with college career services.

Requirements
- Interest in campus recruiting, human resources, or talent marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive decision maker with good judgment and urgency.
