Join Rothschild & Co's Global Advisory Denmark Coverage Team in London for a 4-6 month internship starting August or September 2026. Gain hands-on experience in M&A and financing transactions with significant responsibility from day one.

Role Overview
- Support origination and execution of M&A and financing transactions.
- Participate in internal and external client meetings.
- Develop and maintain financial models with team support.
- Prepare valuation analyses including LBO, DCF, and comparables.
- Draft marketing materials and management presentations.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to pitch documents with ad-hoc analysis.
- Coordinate transaction processes internally and with clients.
- Work closely with a team of six experienced professionals.
- Engage in a dynamic, flat organizational environment.
- Handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements
- Strong academic credentials in Finance, Economics, or similar.
- MSc or BSc degree from a leading Danish or international university.
- Native Danish speaker and fluent in English.
- Genuine interest in corporate finance and M&A.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and computer skills.
