Responsibilities
- Support execution of public and private debt financings and restructurings.
- Work on refinancings, acquisitions, LBOs, IPO financings, dividend recaps.
- Assist in advising companies, creditors, and private equity sponsors.
- Engage in complex transactions including distressed financings and restructurings.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members in a flat team structure.

Candidate Requirements
- On track for minimum 2:1 or equivalent university degree.
- Strong interest in corporate finance and debt markets.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial awareness skills.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
