Responsibilities and Exposure
- Work on public and private debt financings, restructurings, and complex deals.
- Support transactions like refinancings, LBOs, IPO financings, and distressed financings.
- Engage with clients including corporates, creditors, and private equity sponsors.
- Collaborate closely with M&A and Global Markets Solutions teams.
- Gain exposure to senior team members and deal execution processes.

Candidate Requirements
- On track for minimum 2:1 or equivalent university degree.
- Strong interest in corporate finance and debt markets.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and MS Office skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
