Rothschild & Co offers a 6-month internship starting Jan/Mar 2027 in Paris within the Global Advisory Real Estate team. Interns support M&A, asset sales, financing, and strategic advisory projects for diverse clients.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support origination efforts including presentations, strategic analysis, and valuation work.
- Assist in mandate execution: drafting Information Memorandums, organizing datarooms, client relations, and investor follow-up.
- Work on diverse real estate projects: M&A, asset/portfolio sales, financing, and strategic advisory.

- Join a small, collaborative team focused on real estate advisory.
- Engage with a broad client base: institutional investors, corporates, private equity, family offices.

Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in investment banking and financial advisory.
- Solid financial and accounting knowledge.
