Stage – Private Equity Investment Analyst – FAPI – Janvier / Mars 2027
Six-month internship at Five Arrows Principal Investments starting January or March 2027. Assist investment teams with market analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio monitoring in mid-market private equity.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assist investment teams in analyzing new investment opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitive environment analysis.
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, and LBO modeling.
- Prepare materials for investment committee meetings.
- Support portfolio monitoring including financial reporting and build-up opportunities.

- FAPI is the mid-market private equity fund of Rothschild & Co's Five Arrows division.
- Manages over €13 billion in private equity assets globally.
- Invests in European mid-sized companies in technology, health, and education sectors.
- Current fund size exceeds €2.5 billion.
- Notable French investments include A2MAC1, iad, CBA, Softway Medical, and Pharmacies Lafayette.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Strong interest in investment and sectors: technology, health, education.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork skills.
- Solid understanding of private equity financial concepts including LBOs.
- Currently in final year or gap year of a top business or engineering school.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Experience Requirements
- Prior experience in private equity, M&A, strategy consulting, corporate finance, or transaction services.
- Experience should be related to health, technology, or education sectors.
