Rothschild & Co Five Arrows offers a 6-month private equity internship starting January 2027. The role supports impact investment strategy focusing on sustainable mid-market growth equity and LBOs in Europe.

About the Role
- Assist investment team in deploying impact strategy within Five Arrows Multi Strategies platform.
- Support origination by identifying investment opportunities.
- Participate in analysis and execution of new investment deals.
- Conduct strategic market, business model, and financial analysis.
- Measure environmental and social impact of companies.

Responsibilities
- Monitor financial and extra-financial performance of investments.
- Support investor communications including marketing presentations and due diligence questionnaires.
- Analyze business plans and perform company valuations and modeling.
- Research and analyze company information for investment decisions.

Candidate Profile
- Student in final year or gap year of top business or engineering school.
- Passionate about sustainable economy with strong ecological awareness.
- Motivated to create positive environmental and social impact.
- Dynamic, rigorous, curious, autonomous, and deadline-oriented.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Skills & Experience
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Previous experience in M&A, corporate finance, or private equity is a plus.
