About the Team
- Part of Five Arrows division at Rothschild & Co managing €500 million portfolio.
- Focus on co-investments and continuation vehicles for single assets.
- Invests alongside top-tier private equity funds internationally (Europe, US).

Responsibilities
- Analyze and execute new investment deals: research, modeling, business plan study, valuation (LBO, multiples).
- Write investment committee notes.
- Source and qualify potential targets via expert calls and presentations.
- Monitor investments: analyze financial/operational reports, calculate performance/IRR, study exit opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- Students in final year or gap year from top business or engineering schools.
- Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, autonomous with initiative.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Solid financial knowledge, especially private equity concepts.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in M&A, Investment Banking, or Private Equity is appreciated.
