Five Arrows, Rothschild & Co's private equity branch, offers a 6-month analyst internship starting September 2026. The role supports investment teams managing private debt funds focusing on senior, unitranche, and subordinated debt in mid-sized European companies.

Role and Responsibilities
- Assist investment teams of Five Arrows Debt Partners III and IV funds.
- Analyze market, competitive environment, and business models of potential targets.
- Perform financial analysis including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and cost structure.
- Review due diligence reports and participate in expert calls.
- Model business plans and identify value creation levers.

Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare investment committee materials.
- Monitor portfolio with financial reporting and performance calculations.

Candidate Profile
- Students in final year or second part of gap year from top business or engineering schools.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork skills.
- Solid understanding of private equity financial concepts, LBOs, and financial modeling.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
