Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting the group including governance, prudential rules, ESG, and anti-corruption.
- Support regulatory advisory activities through research and drafting notes.
- Assist in updating and implementing group compliance procedures across jurisdictions.
- Help prepare authorization dossiers for regulatory bodies.
- Maintain internal department tools and formalities.

Candidate Profile
- Master 1 or Master 2 in business law or banking and finance law from university or business school.
- Ideally, prior experience in banking, financial institution, law firm, consultancy, or supervisory authority.
- Good oral and written English skills.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing abilities.
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
