Rothschild & Co Martin Maurel offers a 6-month internship starting July 2026 focused on legal follow-up of family office companies and personal taxation. Ideal for law students with experience in corporate law and tax.

Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal follow-up of family office companies including company formation and statute review.
- Handle administrative formalities and draft management reports and meeting minutes.
- Use Polyacte software for legal monitoring of companies.
- Assist with personal tax declarations including income tax and wealth tax calculations.
- Communicate with tax authorities for case study and follow-up.

Candidate Profile
- Pursuing advanced degree in Corporate Law, Business Law, or Tax Law (Bac +4/5).
- Preferably enrolled at EFB with prior experience in family office legal follow-up.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of legal and tax monitoring software is a plus.
