Rothschild & Co Martin Maurel offers a 6-month compliance internship starting July 2026 in Paris. The role supports the Global Advisory Compliance team with KYC, market abuse controls, regulatory research, and reporting.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support KYC documentation and reputation analysis for client onboarding.
- Monitor and analyze sanction and reputation alerts.
- Conduct market abuse investigations and draft suspicious activity reports.
- Assist in compliance reporting to management.
- Support implementation of ethics policies including gifts and personal transactions.

Team and Environment
- Join the Global Advisory, Markets & Ethics Compliance team of 6 members.
- Report directly to the Director of Compliance for Investment Banking.
- Work within a family-owned, independent private bank with international reach.

Candidate Profile
- Currently studying business or law at university or business school.
- Strong interest in regulatory and compliance topics.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
