Key Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory developments in asset management and AIFM activities.
- Assist in regulatory assessments including legal research and compliance memoranda.
- Participate in updating and implementing the Global Compliance framework.
- Draft policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Support compliance projects like internal controls and audits.

Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in law or currently pursuing, focused on financial regulation or compliance.
- Certification in compliance, regulatory, or AML CFT is a plus.
- Experience in law firms, asset management, banks, or regulators is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AIFM, MiFID II, AML/CFT, or financial regulation preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
