Role and Responsibilities
- Support Legal & Compliance team with internal legal services.
- Draft and review agreements with clients and third parties.
- Handle legal questions related to advisory services and corporate housekeeping.
- Focus on general civil law, corporate law, and capital markets law.
- Assist with transaction-related legal questions for deal teams.

Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Must be a law student.
