Rothschild & Co offers a 6-month internship in Global Advisory starting January/March 2027. Interns will work on mid-cap M&A projects, gaining experience in financial modeling, valuation, and client interaction.

Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation for mid-cap M&A projects.
- Support origination efforts including preparing presentations and strategic analysis.
- Assist in mandate execution: drafting info memos, organizing datarooms, client relations.
- Monitor investor engagement and analyze offers.

Candidate Profile
- Second or third-year student at a Business or Engineering school.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with solid financial knowledge.
- Rigorous, dynamic, autonomous, and curious individual.
- Fluent in English.

Technical Skills
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
