Role and Responsibilities
- Support mandate origination: prepare presentations, review strategies and financials, analyze markets and investor perceptions.
- Assist in executing IPOs, capital increases, and secondary placements, including technical and legal structuring.
- Participate in negotiations and coordinate financial and strategic communication with Investor Advisory and M&A teams.
- Monitor equity markets: analyze stock data, write market updates, and maintain internal resources and databases.

Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in investment banking and primary equity markets or financing advisory.
- Solid financial and accounting knowledge; prior experience in investment banking, equity research, or asset management is a plus.
- Curious about finance, highly motivated, enthusiastic, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Team integration ability; fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Bloomberg and FactSet knowledge is advantageous.
