Role and Responsibilities
- Support origination of mandates including presentations and financial analysis.
- Assist in execution of IPOs, capital increases, and secondary placements.
- Participate in transaction structuring and negotiation processes.
- Coordinate financial and strategic communication for listed companies.
- Monitor equity markets and prepare market analysis reports.

Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in investment banking and primary equity markets.
- Previous experience in investment banking, equity research, or asset management is a plus.
- Solid financial and accounting knowledge.
- Curious about finance and capital markets.
- Highly motivated with strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Additional Skills
- Knowledge of Bloomberg and FactSet is advantageous.
- Ability to integrate well within a team environment.
