Role Overview
- Join execution teams advising financial institutions on strategic and financing needs.
- Engage in disposals, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and equity advisory.
- Develop and maintain financial models under senior banker guidance.
- Perform valuation exercises including DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, and LBO analyses.
- Analyze market data to monitor equity, debt, and macroeconomic trends.

Responsibilities
- Research and monitor client industries to inform advisory work.
- Develop client relationship skills through direct contact and senior banker exposure.
- Attend a training program in July-August 2027 covering financial concepts and communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong academic background from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Experience in corporate finance (M&A, ECM, or DCM) via internship or apprenticeship.
- Proficiency in English and French required.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
