Role Overview
- Join the Paris FIG team as an Analyst in Financial Advisory.
- Work on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and equity advisory.
- Be fully integrated into client projects and execution teams.
- Support strategic and financing advisory needs of financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models under senior guidance.
- Perform valuation exercises including DCF, comps, and LBO analyses.
- Analyze market data to monitor equity, debt, and macro trends.
- Coordinate transaction processes and liaise with clients and advisers.
- Research and monitor client industries.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong academic background from top-tier business or engineering school.
- Experience in corporate finance (M&A, ECM, DCM), preferably FIG sector.
- Proficiency in English and French required.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
