Rothschild Global Advisory offers a 6-month long-term internship in Paris for students interested in healthcare sector finance. Interns will work on M&A, financing, restructuring, and strategic projects within healthcare sub-sectors.

Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor sector developments including healthcare M&A market in France.
- Support origination efforts: review sector players, draft presentations, analyze financials and ratings.
- Perform financial modeling and valuation tasks.
- Assist in mandate execution: process tracking, offer analysis, structuring, negotiation participation.
- Track debt and equity markets relevant to healthcare sector.

Candidate Profile
- Scientific background required (engineering, pharmacy, medicine, or combined scientific/business degrees).
- Strong interest in investment banking and financial advisory.
- Passion for healthcare sector.
- Solid financial and accounting knowledge.
- Curious about finance roles, highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Skills and Languages
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
