2027 - M&A FIG Advisory off-cycle internship (6 months) January / May 2027
This 6-month M&A Financial Institutions Group Advisory internship in Milan targets penultimate or final year university students interested in Investment Banking. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals on Italian and cross-border FIG transactions.

Responsibilities
- Prepare company profiles and teasers for M&A transactions.
- Support detailed valuation and market analysis.
- Assist in preparing pitch-books and management presentations.
- Contribute to due diligence on ongoing M&A deals.
- Monitor market developments and client base dynamics.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong interest in corporate finance and financial institutions sector.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and computer skills (MS Office).
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Italian native speaker with fluency in English.
