About the Team
- Global Rating Advisory team operates internationally with strong EMEA presence.
- Advises on M&A, ECM, DCM transactions and long-term corporate mandates.
- Collaborates closely with M&A and Financing Advisory teams.
- Provides independent advice on credit rating and capital structure.
- Supports inaugural rating mandates and financial policy determination.

Internship Responsibilities
- Assist in origination and execution of corporate Rating Advisory mandates.
- Analyze and execute new investment dossiers including research and modeling.
- Study business plans and perform valuations (LBO, multiples).
- Draft notes for investment committee review.
- Gain exposure to high-profile, large-scale transactions.

Candidate Profile
- First experience in Corporate Finance or Audit required.
