Role and Responsibilities
- Support mandate origination: prepare presentations, sector analysis, financial reviews, and rating analysis.
- Assist in mandate execution: monitor processes, prepare financial statements, support financial modeling, analyze lender offers, and participate in negotiations.
- Monitor debt and equity markets generally.

Team and Environment
- Work primarily with Debt Advisory and Restructuring teams.
- Collaborate closely with M&A, ECM, and Sovereign Advisory teams.
- Engage in a leading financing advisory firm environment.

Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in investment banking and financing advisory.
- Previous experience in banking, consulting, funds, or public entities is advantageous.
- Solid financial and accounting knowledge.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
