Role and Responsibilities
- Support mandate origination: prepare presentations, sector analysis, and financial reviews.
- Assist in mandate execution: monitor processes, prepare financial statements, and support financial modeling.
- Analyze lender offers and participate in negotiations.
- Monitor debt and equity markets regularly.

Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in investment banking and financing advisory.
- Previous experience in banking, consulting, funds, or public entities is advantageous.
- Solid financial and accounting knowledge.
- Good analytical, synthesis, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
