Rothschild Global Advisory offers a 6-month internship in Paris within the Financial Institution Group. Interns work on mergers, financing, restructuring, IPOs, and strategic advisory projects.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support origination efforts including presentations and sector analysis.
- Analyze financial situations and credit ratings of companies.
- Assist in mandate execution: process tracking, offer analysis, and negotiations.
- Monitor debt and equity markets.
- Perform financial modeling and valuation.

Candidate Profile
- Interest in finance, investment banking, and financial advisory.
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to integrate well within a team.
- Fluent in French and English.
