Join Transaction R & Co in Paris as an M&A Small & Mid Cap apprentice starting January 2027. Work on mid-cap M&A projects with financial modeling, origination, and execution tasks over 1-2 years.

Role and Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and valuation for mid-cap M&A projects.
- Assist in origination efforts including presentation writing and strategic analysis.
- Support mandate execution: drafting info memos, organizing datarooms, client relations.
- Monitor investor engagement and analyze offers.

Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with solid financial knowledge.
- Rigorous, dynamic, autonomous, and curious mindset.
- Fluent in English.

Program Details
- Duration: 1-2 years apprenticeship.
- Alternance rhythm: 6 months school, 6 months company over 2 years.
- Interviews start in July.
