Join Rothschild & Co's Global Advisory team in Singapore for a long-term internship starting immediately. Gain hands-on experience in M&A and financing solutions, working on multiple transactions and developing financial models.

Role Responsibilities
- Work on multiple transactions and project teams simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models.
- Use valuation techniques like DCF, comparables, and LBO valuations.
- Prepare marketing and transaction documentation.
- Identify new business opportunities and ideas for clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Fluent in English; Southeast Asian language is a plus.
- Previous experience in financial advisory or banking preferred.
- Strong academic performance and genuine interest in corporate finance.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and computer skills including MS Office.
