Role Overview
- Support strategic M&A and financing solutions for diverse clients including corporations and governments.
- Work on multiple transactions and project teams simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses.
- Prepare marketing and transaction documentation.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic ideas.

Responsibilities
- Use valuation techniques like DCF, comparables, and LBO analyses.
- Research industries to support transaction initiatives.
- Assist in client development and opportunity evaluation.
- Support preparation of client presentations and offering documents.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- Fluent in English; Arabic speaking and reading preferred.
- Previous experience in financial advisory or banking.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and computer skills including MS Office.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
