Role Responsibilities
- Build scalable APIs and data pipelines for analytics and reporting
- Design new data models and flows in cross-functional squads
- Collaborate with engineers on distributed systems
- Manage tasks, track progress, and present outcomes
- Receive regular feedback to support development

Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year bachelor’s or master’s in CS, maths, physics or similar
- Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive, results-driven approach
- Fluent English with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, diverse team environment

Compensation and Support
- Poland: approx. PLN 9,500 gross monthly; other locations discussed in interview
- Visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation support (conditions apply)
