Graduate Programme 2027: Technology Services Specialist (IT Systems Engineer)

About the role

A 12-month graduate programme for ambitious technology graduates supporting enterprise devices, internal systems, automation, security, and employee technology experiences. You will work on real-world projects with experienced engineers, receive structured training and guidance, and may be offered a full-time role after successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and automate enterprise device platforms across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile devices.
• Deploy software, configure devices, and improve the employee onboarding experience.
• Monitor device health, security, and compliance across Revolut’s global device fleet.
• Troubleshoot endpoint and systems issues with relevant teams and experienced engineers.
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and improve internal processes.
• Support device security standards and scalable technology solutions for employees worldwide.

Programme and Location

• The programme lasts 12 months and includes real-world projects, structured training, hands-on experience, and expert guidance.
• Applicants may relocate to technology hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK.
• Visa assistance, travel costs, and first-month accommodation are supported, subject to conditions.
• The role is hybrid, with approximately three office days weekly where the role and location allow.
• Top performers may receive a full-time offer during or after the programme.

Application Timeline

• Applications open in June 2026, with recruitment running from July through December 2026.
• Programme starts are early 2027, January–June, or late 2027, July–December.
• Roles are filled on a rolling basis, and candidates can specify their preferred intake.

Compensation

• Krakow and Poland: PLN 8,800 gross monthly.
• Compensation for other locations will be discussed during the interview process.
• Final compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
