Graduate Programme 2027: Applied AI Engineer

About the role

This 12-month graduate programme is for Applied AI Engineers building AI-powered financial products. You will combine product ownership with technical execution, developing machine-learning features, data pipelines, model integrations, and evaluation frameworks. Roles are available across Revolut’s technology hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features using LLMs and modern machine-learning frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to scale prototype models.
• Build and optimise data pipelines, prompt workflows, and model integration components.
• Set goals, metrics, and roadmaps to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Programme and logistics

• The programme includes real projects, structured training, and hands-on experience across different business areas.
• Top performers may be promoted during or after the programme.
• Applicants must be prepared to relocate to a technology hub in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK.
• The role is hybrid, with at least three office days weekly where the role and location allow.
• Visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation support are available subject to conditions.
• Recruitment runs from July to December 2026; programme starts are in March or September 2027.

Compensation

• Krakow and Poland: PLN 24,600 gross monthly.
• Compensation for other locations will be discussed during the interview process.
• Final compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
