Role Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Support user research including interviews and testing.
- Iterate designs based on user insights.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Researchers.
- Present design proposals to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year bachelor’s or master’s student in design or related field.
- Predicted first-class degree or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration.
- Passion for design and customer-first innovation.

Additional Information
- Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in office.
- Locations include Poland, Portugal, UAE, UK tech hubs.
- Compensation varies by location; Poland approx. PLN9,500/month.
