Programme Details
- 12-month graduate programme starting early or late 2027.
- Work on real projects impacting Revolut's product offerings.
- Structured training combined with hands-on experience.
- Top performers may be promoted during or after the programme.
- Hybrid work model: approx. 3 days per week in office.

Role Responsibilities
- Support senior Product Owners with strategy, roadmaps, and planning.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and market insights.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Create clear product requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Conduct user testing and iterate features based on results.

Candidate Requirements
- Predicted or achieved first-class degree or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s or master’s in STEM, business, economics, or related field.
- Graduated or graduating in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
- Previous internship or work experience in product management or tech.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
