Programme Details
- 12-month graduate programme starting early or late 2027.
- Work on real projects with structured training and hands-on experience.

- Hybrid work model: approx. 3 days per week in office.

Key Responsibilities
- Support creation of financial forecasts for senior stakeholders.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and risks.
- Design and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
- Use data tools to structure and simplify analysis.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Data Science, Finance, Growth, Risk, and Treasury teams.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduated or graduating in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
- Bachelor’s or master’s in STEM, accounting, or analytical field.
- Proficient in data analysis or SQL with large datasets.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical problem-solving approach.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

- Accounting qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACA, or ACCA.
- Progress towards CFA, FRM, or CERTBALM qualifications.
