Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in origination, structuring, execution, and management of credit facilities and M&A financings.
- Participate in due diligence by analyzing financial statements, reports, and attending management calls.
- Prepare internal credit presentations and detailed credit analyses.
- Collaborate with Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, and Risk Management teams.
- Support portfolio management, administration, reporting, and pipeline management.

Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year undergraduate students with strong analytical skills.
- Proven oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Genuine interest in corporate finance and credit.
- Must be Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible to work in Australia.
