About the role

Join RBC as an AI Business Analyst intern on the Innovation & Tech team to support AI opportunity assessment and operational efficiency in Technology & Operations. This 8-month role involves process design, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge management in a dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Define and document standardized processes for AI opportunity assessment and stakeholder engagement.
• Design operational infrastructure including templates, knowledge base, and collaboration standards.
• Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for best practices and project documentation.
• Support business operations management with meeting facilitation and action tracking.
• Build onboarding and enablement materials to accelerate team integration.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative, analytical thinker able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of business analysis processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Transferrable skills: communication, problem solving, stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of IT standards and methodologies like SDLC and Product-Market Fit.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Jira.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, Miro.
• Prior co-op or internship experience in consulting, operations, or process improvement.
• Exposure to Agile, Lean, or other process optimization methodologies.
