2027 Winter - ECCO, Strategic Execution Practice Management Intern (4 Months)

About the role

Four-month Winter 2027 internship supporting RBC’s Strategic Execution team with portfolio management, dashboards, data analysis, project documentation, standardized processes, and enablement tools. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional initiatives while developing project management, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, build dashboards and analytical tools, analyze data, and present actionable insights.
• Develop Connect sites, templates, and resources to standardize team processes.
• Prepare and update project materials and artifacts for consistency and clarity.
• Support additional initiatives and collaborate across the broader Strategic Execution organization.

Team Context

• The team operates within RBC’s Enterprise Chief Controls Office and Process Risk Centre of Excellence.
• Strategic Execution develops standardized, scalable program and project management practices.
• The group supports enterprise and cross-functional programs delivering strategic objectives.

Program Logistics

• Winter 2027 student placement runs from January 2027 through April 2027.
• The successful candidate must be located within Ontario throughout the work term.
• Work arrangements may be virtual, hybrid, or in-office, as discussed with the Hiring Manager.
• The position is based at 180 Wellington Street West, Toronto, Ontario.
