About the role

The Client Complaints Appeal Office seeks a bilingual intern for a four-month transformational change management initiative in Montréal or Toronto. The role supports operating-model changes through process improvement, technology implementation, regulatory initiatives, compliance verification, and targeted behavioural reinforcement while developing problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of new tools and technology, including process mapping and improvement.
  • Assist management with regulatory changes and related initiatives.
  • Perform data and compliance verification activities.
  • Support behaviours that contribute to RBC goals.
  • Execute process and tool changes while maintaining focus on business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English and French communication is required for regular interactions across Canada.
  • Experience in client contact, conflict resolution, change management, project management, compliance, audit, or administration is preferred.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work without direct daily supervision.
  • Use information-seeking, conceptual thinking, initiative, productivity, and action-oriented approaches.

Nice to Have

  • Organizational awareness and an interest in organizational development.
  • Interest or experience using artificial intelligence productivity tools.
  • Proficiency in process mapping.

Student Eligibility and Work Details

  • Applicants must return to school after the work term ends.
  • Graduating students must require the full work term as a mandatory graduation component.
  • The position is full-time, with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work locations are Montréal and Toronto, Canada.
