Role and Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives including business case development and opportunity assessment.
- Assist with leadership communications and change management efforts.
- Collaborate across teams to support projects and gather information.
- Source and develop content for internal and external communication channels.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives and execute tactical plans.

- Work with RBC Corporate Real Estate managing 24 million sq ft across 2,300 global locations.
- Engage with a global team of talented real estate professionals.
- Contribute to delivering cost-effective real estate solutions aligned with RBC's strategic goals.
