Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test a prototype for an RBC business unit.
- Use technologies like JavaScript, GitHub, and REACT.js to build proof of concept.
- Collaborate with business users and senior leaders to gather requirements.
- Learn to present solutions and pitch ideas effectively.
- Work in a supportive, fun team environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Ontario high school, Grade 11 or 12.
- Passion for Computer Science, Engineering, or Entrepreneurship.
- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages.
- Experience with technology concepts or coding (hackathons, clubs, programs).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
