About the role

RBC Amplify is an intensive summer innovation program where Developers collaborate in cross-functional teams to research, design, build, and pitch a functional product addressing a real RBC business challenge. Participants work in a startup-style environment with mentors, subject matter experts, technical training, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a business challenge and develop an innovative product or solution in a cross-functional team.
• Research, design, create, and deliver a fully functional prototype solving a real RBC business need.
• Use cutting-edge and industry-standard technologies to build the proposed solution.
• Work with subject matter experts, mentors, executive sponsors, and technology and business stakeholders.
• Apply teamwork, critical thinking, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills in an ambiguous environment.
• Present the project to executives and develop its strategy and communications.
