RBC offers an 8-12 month Data Student internship in Technology & Operations for roles like Data Analyst and Data Scientist. Candidates will work on analytics projects using RBC tools and technologies, contributing to data-driven business solutions.

Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, deliver, and implement analytic development projects using RBC analytics tools.
- Ensure project activities meet approved time frames, scope, and budgets.
- Apply data warehouse concepts and methodologies to projects.
- Design and build data solutions using latest technologies to meet business needs.
- Contribute actively to team and RBC development community.

- Work on transformational projects delivering new value.
- Participate in agile teams for end-to-end business needs delivery.
- Lead analytics process to identify innovative insights using business knowledge.
- Promote analytics to enable RBC as a data-driven organization.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Canadian post-secondary institution focused on data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or machine learning.
- Leadership acumen and passion for dynamic business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, analytical thinker, self-driven, able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Experience or understanding of Hadoop, Tableau, Splunk, SQL, and/or VBA.

Additional Skills
- Ability to extract, transform, and load various data types.
- Perform complex data analysis on large datasets and present findings.
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
