About the role
Join RBC as a GRM QA Analyst Intern for 8 months starting January 2027. Support risk analytics by partnering with operational risk experts to assess requirements and perform quality assurance testing.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with Operational Risk SMEs to understand analytics needs.
- Document end-to-end project requirements including metric logic.
- Create and execute test cases for QA of analytics.
- Manage applications to provide solutions during production issues.
- Identify application deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Conduct timely investigations when issues occur.
Candidate Requirements
- Leadership acumen and passion for dynamic business environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, analytical, self-driven, and fast-paced work capability.
- Strong skills in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience creating and running Python scripts.
- Motivated with strong achievement orientation and attention to detail.
Program Details
- 8-month student placement from January to August 2027.
- Must be returning to school after August 2027 or require full 8-month term to graduate.
- Located in Ontario for the duration of the work term.
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, salaried position.
