About the role
Join RBC as a Winter 2027 AI Business Analyst Intern in Group Risk Management. Support AI use case development for Operational Risk, collaborating with experts and technology teams. This 4-month paid internship in Toronto requires AI and Python skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Partner with Operational Risk experts to understand AI needs and ensure requirements are met.
- Document AI use cases throughout the development lifecycle including intake and scoping.
- Experiment with Large Language Models to identify AI opportunities and best practices.
- Support AI adoption as a change champion within the business.
Requirements
- Leadership acumen and passion for dynamic business environments.
- Strong AI experience with demonstrable prompt engineering skills.
- Experience creating and running Python scripts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, analytical, self-driven, and able to work in fast-paced settings.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Program Details
- 4-month Winter 2027 student placement from January to April.
- Must be returning to school after April 2027 or require the full 4-month term to graduate.
- Located in Ontario for the duration of the work term.
- Full-time, salaried position with 37.5 work hours per week.
