About the role

Join RBC's Process Risk COE and Strategic Execution team as a Business Analyst Intern for Winter 2027. Gain hands-on experience supporting risk management, process improvement, and strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in building proposals and presentations for decision making and program delivery.
• Conduct research and analysis, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
• Contribute to projects under direct supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
• Participate in meetings and workshops, taking minutes and action items.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have: experience in risk management, operations, or process optimization.

Program Details

• 4-month Winter 2027 internship from January to April.
• Must be returning to school after April 2027 or require the full 4-month term to graduate.
• Located in Ontario for the duration of the work term.
• Full-time, salaried position with 37.5 hours per week.
