Role Overview
- Support risk management activities in HR Digital Solutions (HRDS) team.
- Focus on privacy risk, third-party risk, and business continuity risk.
- Collaborate with professionals on vendor oversight and operational execution.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret enterprise risk policies and industry standards.
- Support Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Business Environment Impact Evaluation (BEIE).
- Maintain Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for HRDS systems.
- Identify and assess risks with Product Owners and App Custodians.
- Prepare documentation for audits and follow up on remediation.

Program Management
- Coordinate recurring programs like Workday semi-annual releases.
- Support access governance and SharePoint audits.
- Provide administrative support for escalated digital HR issues and risk reporting.

Requirements
- Pursuing degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field.
- Interest in HR technologies, risk management, and digital program delivery.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
