Role Overview

  • Support risk management activities in HR Digital Solutions (HRDS) team.
  • Focus on privacy risk, third-party risk, and business continuity risk.
  • Collaborate with professionals on vendor oversight and operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret enterprise risk policies and industry standards.
  • Support Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Business Environment Impact Evaluation (BEIE).
  • Maintain Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for HRDS systems.
  • Identify and assess risks with Product Owners and App Custodians.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and follow up on remediation.

Program Management

  • Coordinate recurring programs like Workday semi-annual releases.
  • Support access governance and SharePoint audits.
  • Provide administrative support for escalated digital HR issues and risk reporting.

Requirements

  • Pursuing degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field.
  • Interest in HR technologies, risk management, and digital program delivery.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
