This 4-month Fall 2026 internship in Group Risk Management involves supporting business management operations, data analysis, reporting, and project execution in real estate portfolio management.

Responsibilities
- Support Business Management Office Operations focusing on GRM Real Estate Portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Analyze, validate, and reconcile multiple data sources for premise review.
- Develop and reconcile premise reports including utilization and ad hoc inquiries.
- Manage real estate projects and GRM business initiatives with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Experience in reporting, reviewing, and analyzing multiple data points.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Program Details
- 4-month student placement from September to December 2026.
- Must be returning to school after December 2026 or require full 4-month work term to graduate.
- Work hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-time.
