Join RBC's Credit Controls and Transformation team as a 4-month Fall 2026 Analyst Intern. Support governance, control maintenance, reporting, and process improvements within Credit Modeling and Methodology.

Role Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling and analyzing data for monthly issues reports.
- Track and ensure timely resolution of issues with team coordination.
- Maintain and update CC&T confluence pages for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for planning and reporting.
- Provide guidance for SOX and internal controls testing preparation.

Team and Department
- Part of Credit Controls and Transformation within Credit Modeling and Methodology.
- Reports to RBC Group Risk Management.
- Focus on governance, control maintenance, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborates with Internal Audit, Operational Risk, and PwC.
- Aims to improve control design and documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing a business-related university degree.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Interest in financial modeling, governance, and controls.
- Proactive with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Familiarity with programming.
- Previous internship in governance or controls teams.
